tk789 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a tk789 platform user.

tk789 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age or identity within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the tk789 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. tk789 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain password security.
• You must notify tk789 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• tk789 recommends that all players enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. This is available at no cost through the account security settings panel.
• Account details, including your registered mobile number and payment methods, may only be changed through the verified account settings interface, and may require re-verification of identity.

tk789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee that an account will be approved.

All account balances on the tk789 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tk789 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, subject to KYC verification.
• tk789 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your mobile banking provider or card issuer are outside tk789's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available opportunity.
• tk789 reserves the right to request KYC identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account standing or prior verification status.
• Any deposits made that cannot be attributed to a verified payment method may be suspended pending investigation under anti-money-laundering procedures.

tk789 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern how they may be used and under what conditions any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The following general principles apply to all tk789 bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.

All bets and wagers placed on the tk789 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category in which they are placed. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk789 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except in the case of a demonstrable technical error on the platform's part.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the tk789 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players in any form, including sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or tournament formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit, commonly referred to as "arbing" or "bonus abuse".
• Attempting to launder money or use the tk789 platform as a conduit for any financial transaction that contravenes applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward tk789 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

tk789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account action without prior notice to the player.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct connected to the account.
• A chargebacks dispute initiated by the player with their payment provider that tk789 considers to be unjustified or fraudulent.
• The account holder's request to close their own account, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed as a result of a verified breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks are completed.
